SHIPPING and RETURN POLICY
I will ship anywhere in Canada by Canada Post. If you give me your postal code I will give you a firm shipping quote which includes the actual cost of shipping plus all packing materials. I pack well, but will not be responsible for any damage that incurs after the package leaves my hands. Optional insurance is available at additional cost and is recommended. If insurance is purchased and a claim is made I will do whatever I can to help, but if the claim is refused I will not be responsible.
An instrument may be returned for ANY reason except shipping damage, but I must be contacted within 7 days of receiving the instrument, and it must be postmarked for return within 14 days of receiving the instrument. When I receive it in the same condition as when I shipped it, and with the original packing materials, I will refund the price of the instrument plus the initial cost of shipping and packing. The cost of return shipping is the purchaser's responsibility.
